Pixie was my most comprehensive project — combining product design, engineering, and marketing. Key learnings:
(1) AI products need exceptional prompt engineering to deliver consistent quality,
(2) Social media is crucial for app discovery, especially for B2C products,
(3) Parent trust requires transparency about AI and data privacy,
(4) Video content dramatically outperforms static posts for showcasing app experiences.
This project validated my ability to execute full-stack product development from concept to market success.
